Among the antisemitic posts that Shah shared on Facebook, one suggested that Israel should be relocated in the United States. Naz Shah profoundly apologised for the posts, which were made before she became an MP.

Our editorial cartoonist Ruben Oppenheimer has drawn this cartoon to mock the absurdity of Shah’s claim.

What is the story of Jews of Thessaloniki and what places today tell us of what happened during the Holocaust?
