Get The Trolls Out Greek partner organization Karpos complained to popular news website in.gr after the platform published an article by Andreas Andrianopoulos, a former politician and now well-respected author. In the article, Andrianopoulos makes numerous claims about the Quran, presenting these as facts, despite now having theological or historical accreditations.

KARPOS ALERTS ETHNOS.GR OF ISLAMOPHOBIC REFRAMING OF THEIR ARTICLE
Recently, Get The Trolls Out Greek partner organization Karpos found an article initially published on ethnos.gr that was reproduced on the website of defence-point.gr, with one slight catch. The reproduction of the article included a change of the original title from “Vitriol attacks: From the Greece of the deceived of the ‘30s to the harsh law of Pakistan” to “Attacks with vitriol: ‘weapon’ of sexual revenge, an instrument of Islam”.

Joint Complaint to the City of Aalst over Antisemitic and Racist Carnival
Several Get The Trolls Out! partners submitted a joint complaint letter to the city of Aalst, in Belgium. The complaint was regarding the annual Carnival parade which took place in February this year, which heavily featured antisemitic and racists elements.

Get The Trolls Out! Belgian partner ENORB has directly complained to L’Echo, a French-language Belgian business newspaper for a piece published on January 5th, 2020. The article reported on the reaction by Muslim communities in Quebec to Bill 21, a law passed in June 2019.
